    • “Goods” – All vaping products sold by us.

    • “Order” – A legally binding contract upon our acceptance.

    • “Force Majeure” – Events beyond our control (e.g., wars, natural disasters).

2. Website Use & Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

 

    • Strictly 18+ only. We verify age via third-party checks.

    • Businesses must provide valid VAT/trading details.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidential login details.
  • All activity under your account.
  • Immediately notify us of unauthorised access.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

 

    • Use bots, scrapers, or automated purchasing tools.

    • Circumvent purchase limits or resell products without written consent.

    • Submit false information (fraudulent orders will be reported to authorities).

2.4 Authorised Use for Businesses

By creating an account and placing orders, you confirm that you are an authorised representative of the business you register.

We reserve the right to verify your authority with official company directors or through third-party checks.

If we believe an individual is placing orders without proper authorisation, we may suspend or cancel the account and refer the matter to the business or relevant authorities.

We are not liable for losses incurred by a business due to unauthorised use of their details unless such access was directly caused by our negligence.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

3.1 Order Process

 

    1. Offer Submission – Your order is an offer to purchase.

    1. Acceptance – We confirm via email (contract forms upon confirmation).

    1. Payment – Due immediately unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3.2 Pricing & Errors

 

    • Prices exclude VAT/delivery unless stated.

    • Typographical errors – We reserve the right to cancel & refund incorrect pricing.

3.3 Payment Methods

 

    • Approved methods: BACS, card, or trade credit (subject to approval).

    • Declined payments – Orders will be held/cancelled.

3.4 Credit Accounts (Wholesale Only)

 

    • Strictly subject to credit checks & references.

    • Late payments incur 2% monthly interest + debt recovery costs.

4. Delivery & Risk

4.1 Shipping

 

    • UK Mainland: 1–3 business days (excl. weekends/public holidays).

    • International: Varies by destination (customs fees are your responsibility).

4.2 Delivery Issues

 

    • Inspect goods on delivery. Report damages within 24 hours or claims are void.

    • Failed deliveries – Redelivery fees apply.

4.3 Retention of Title (RoT)

 

    • Goods remain our property until paid in full.

    • If you resell unpaid goods, you hold proceeds in trust for us.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Faulty Goods

 

    • 30-day return window for manufacturing defects.

    • Proof required (photos/video).

5.2 Non-Faulty Returns

 

    • Unopened products only (14-day return period).

    • Return shipping at your cost.

5.3 Refund Process

 

    • Processed within 14 days of receipt.

    • Deductions apply for missing/used items.

6. Product Compliance & Liability

6.1 Intended Use

 

    • For legal vaping use only.

    • Not for medicinal or recreational drugs.

6.2 Disclaimers

 

    • No warranties (express or implied) beyond statutory rights.

    • Maximum liability: Product replacement value (excluding consequential losses).

6.3 Indemnity

    • Breach of vaping regulations.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate/suspend accounts if you:

 

    • Violate these Terms.

    • Default on payments.

    • Engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays/cancellations due to:

 

    • Natural disasters.

    • Government restrictions.

    • Supplier shortages.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

 

    • English law applies.

    • Exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
